PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate part to be arranged in a detection device of a medical instrument capable of preventing the breaking of a wiring part, preventing time being consumed by assembling, and easily ensuring workspace for components to be arranged within a helix, and of a small diameter allowed for ensuring of enough information, and also to provide the substrate part-equipped detection device for a medical instrument.SOLUTION: A helical substrate part 330 has: a wiring part arranged on an inner peripheral surface of the helical substrate part 330 and an internal space part 331 which is arranged to allow an electrical element part 310 to connect with the wiring part, and which is formed by being covered by the helical substrate part 330.
