PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized/light-weight apparatus excellent in user-friendliness, and allowing a user to correct posture by effectively correcting the distortion of the pelvis or the rib cage lower part to a bilateral symmetrical physical relationship while doing exercise.SOLUTION: A posture correction apparatus is mounted on the body in a manner of surrounding the outer periphery, and includes: two fastening belts and at least one among four compression parts of a coxal bone front compression part abutting on the front side of the right and left coxal bones, a coxal bone rear compression part abutting on the rear side of the right and left coxal bones, a rib cage front compression part abutting on the front side of the right and left rib cage lower parts, and a rib cage rear compression part abutting on the rear side of the right and left rib cage lower parts. The coxal bone front compression part includes an inclined plane of inducing the coxal bone from the front outside to the rear center, and the coxal bone rear compression part includes an inclined plane of inducing the coxal bone from the rear outside to the center. The rib cage F front compression part includes an inclined plane of inducing to a direction where the rib is expanded from the front side to the right and left sides, and the rib cage rear compression part includes an inclined plane of inducing so as to expand the front side of the rib to the right and left sides.
