A surgical cutting tool for keyhole surgery comprises: a handle (2) at a proximal end of the tool； an elongate member (4) extending from the handle to a distal end of the tool； and a saw (6) at the distal end of the tool, the saw being supported by the elongate member (4). The elongate member (4) has a length allowing for insertion of the saw (6) into the body by a distance of at least 150mm. The tool is arranged for insertion of the saw (6) into the body during keyhole surgery； and the saw (6) is able to cut bone when pressed against the bone.La présente invention concerne un instrument de coupe chirurgical pour micromanipulation chirurgicale comprenant : une poignée (2) à une extrémité proximale de l'instrument ； un élément allongé (4) s'étendant de la poignée vers une extrémité distale de l'instrument ； et une scie (6) à l'extrémité distale de l'instrument, la scie étant supportée par l'élément allongé (4). L'élément allongé (4) a une longueur permettant l'insertion de la scie (6) dans le corps sur une distance d'au moins 150 mm. L'instrument est agencé pour l'insertion de la scie (6) dans le corps pendant une micromanipulation chirurgicale ； et la scie (6) est apte à découper un os lorsqu'elle est pressée contre l'os.
