An anhydrous liquid antiperspirant / deodorant composition comprising: a) a carrier comprising i) at least one component selected from a cation and a zwitterion, and ii) a hydrogen bond donor, where the content of the carrier is higher than the content of any other substance in the composition, and b) at least one active substance selected from a substance with antiperspirant activity and a substance with deodorant activity. An anhydrous liquid antiperspirant / deodorant composition according to claim 1, wherein the cation / zwitterionic ion is at least one substance selected from trimethylglycine, trimethyl glycine hydrochloride, glycine, amino acids and choline chloride. Anhydrous liquid antiperspirant / deodorant composition according to claim 1, in which the cation / zwitterion ion contains trimethyl glycine. Anhydrous liquid antiperspirant / deodorant composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, in which the hydrogen bond donor contains urea. The anhydrous liquid antiperspirant / deodorizing composition according to claim 1, wherein the hydrogen bond donor contains urea and the cation / zwitterionic ion is at least one substance selected from trimethylglycine, glycine and amino acids. Anhydrous liquid antiperspirant / deodorant composition according to claim 1, in which the carrier contains trimethyl glycine and urea. Anhydrous liquid antiperspirant / deodorant composition according to claim 6, in which the molar ratio of trimethylglycine to urea is 1: 2.8.
