PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain efficient image reading.SOLUTION: A medical image display device switches a plurality of sequential medical images of a subject which are continued in a predetermined direction and displays them, and is provided with an adjustment part and a display part. The adjustment part adjusts at least one of a display center and a magnification ratio of a first medical image where a region of interest is set, of the medical images so as to contain the whole of the boundary of the region of interest, adjusts magnification ratios of medical images other than the first medical image so as to be smaller than the magnification ratio of the first medical image and also gradually reduced as away from the first medical image, and adjusts the display centers of the medical images other than the first medical image to gradually approach the original display center as away from the first medical image when the display center of the first medical image is different from the original display center.
