PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide radiographic equipment capable of easily determining a plane of a rotational track of an X-ray source and an X-ray detector.SOLUTION: A blood vessel axis calculation part calculates a direction of a blood vessel axis BA1 on a two-dimensional image G2 on a narrow section of a blood vessel BV designated by an image recognition part. A rotational track calculation part calculates a plane OP of a rotational track OR on which an X-ray tube 3 and an X-ray detector 4 rotate, which intersects with the narrow section and is orthogonal to the direction of the blood vessel axis BA1 of the narrow section, by using the calculated direction of the blood vessel axis BA1 of the narrow section. Thus, in performing rotational radiography for a subject injected with contrast media, the plane OP of the rotational track OR of the X-ray tube 3 and the X-ray detector 4 can be easily determined. The number of times of contrast injection and X-ray irradiation can be reduced, thereby reducing a burden on the subject M.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7【課題】Ｘ線源およびＸ線検出器の回転軌道の平面を簡単に決定できるＸ線撮影装置を提供する。【解決手段】血管軸算出部は、画像認識部で指定された血管ＢＶの狭窄部について、二次元画像Ｇ２上の血管軸ＢＡ１の方向を算出する。回転軌道算出部は、算出された狭窄部の血管軸ＢＡ１の方向を用いて、Ｘ線管３およびＸ線検出器４が回転する回転軌道ＯＲの平面ＯＰであって、狭窄部と交差し、かつ、狭窄部の血管軸ＢＡ１の方向に直交する平面ＯＰを算出する。これにより、造影剤が注入された被検体に対して回転撮影を行う際に、Ｘ線管３およびＸ線検出器４の回転軌道ＯＲの平面ＯＰを簡単に決定できる。そのため、造影剤注入およびＸ線照射の回数が抑えられ、被検体Ｍへの負担を軽減できる。【選択図】図７
