PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide formulations effective for the alleviation of dry skin and atopic dermatitis symptoms as well as the prevention and treatment of ichthyosis, by promoting transglutaminase production and normalizing epidermal corneocyte.SOLUTION: A formulation promoting transglutaminase production can be obtained by compounding as an active ingredient one or more extracts selected from Eisenia arborea Areschoug extract, Artemisia princeps extract, Rose Fruit extract, and Panax ginseng extract.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】 本発明の目的は、トランスグルタミナーゼの産生を促進し、表皮角質細胞を正常化し、乾燥肌やアトピー性皮膚炎症状の軽減、及び魚鱗癬の予防や治療に有効な製剤を得ることにある。【解決手段】 サガラメの抽出物、ヨモギの抽出物、エイジツの抽出物、オタネニンジンの抽出物より選ばれる１種又は２種以上の抽出物を有効成分とすることによって、トランスグルタミナーゼの産生を促進する製剤を得ることができた。【選択図】図１
