Thus, production costs of the capsule cosmetics can be reduced and high-quality-low-price products can be provided to customers.본 발명은 1 피스 타입의 캡슐용기를 이용하고, 그 내부에 화장품을 제조하기 위한 액상 화장료 및 다공성 함침부재를 집어넣은 다음 실링부재로 실링하는 것을 통해 액상 화장료가 다공성 함침부재에 자연스럽게 함침되도록 하여 액상 화장료의 충진이나, 함침이 신속 용이하고 간편하게 이루어질 수도 있도록 하여 캡슐 화장품의 제조에 따른 원가절감이 가능하여 저렴한 가격의 고품질 제품을 소비자들에게 제공할 수 있도록 한 캡슐 화장품 및 그 제조방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
