PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particulate superabsorbent polymer composition.SOLUTION: There are provided: a crosslinking agent which is a reaction product selected from (i) a saturated amine and/or a saturated polyamine and an ethylenically unsaturated glycidyl compound and/or an ethylenically unsaturated polyglycidyl compound, (ii) an ethylenically unsaturated amine and/or an ethylenically unsaturated polyamine and a saturated glycidyl compound and/or a saturated polyglycidyl compound or (iii) an ethylenically unsaturated amine and/or an ethylenically unsaturated polyamine and an ethylenically unsaturated glycidyl compound and/or an ethylenically unsaturated polyglycidyl compound； and a particulate superabsorbent polymer composition comprising a surface crosslinking agent applied to a particle surface.
