The present invention provides an allergy diagnostic attaching pad for easily and conveniently performing an allergy diagnosis. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the allergy diagnostic attaching pad includes: a base member including a reagent mounting area and a skin attachment area； at least one allergy diagnostic reagent mounted in the reagent mounting area； an adhesion member applied on the skin attachment area； and a cover member for covering the base member, wherein the reagent mounting area includes a transparent window formed of a transparent material to observe allergic reaction of a skin due to the allergy diagnostic reagents in a state of the base member being attached to the skin. The allergy diagnostic attaching pad according to the present invention is capable of diagnosing the allergic reaction through the transparent window in a state of attaching the allergy diagnostic attaching pad to the skin. Accordingly, diagnosis subjects easily move during the allergic diagnosis, and the number of the diagnosis subjects is able to be increased. In addition, an incomplete diagnosis incurred by separating the allergy pad before completion of the allergic reaction is prevented.
