A device and composition for applying an integrated therapeutic methodology for the treatment of tinnitus is provided. The methodology includes administering, according to a predetermined timing and dosage, oral and topical selected functional-regulating substances； sounds, by means of a dedicated technical device； and quantized low frequency electromagnetic waves, using the same device.
