PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily compare images of a prescribed region, which are obtained by different scans, at the same cross-sectional position.SOLUTION: A T1 emphasis scan ST1 and a T2 emphasis scan ST2 are performed so as to detect a position V at the upper end of a liver in the T1 emphasis scan ST1 and a position W at the upper end of the liver in the T2 emphasis scan ST2. After the position V and the position W at the upper end of the liver are detected, slice positions C1-Cn in the T2 emphasis scan ST2 are relatively positioned with respect to the slice positions C1-Cn of the T1 emphasis scan ST1, based on a deviation amount &Deltad between the position V and the position W.
