Provided herein are drug combination dual and triple therapies formulated as brittle matrix particles having a high surface area. These particle formulations can be used in inhalation or aerosol administration techniques that provide drug combinations to the lungs. In some embodiments, these compositions can be used to treat respiratory diseases or disorders such as asthma or COPD.
