The session effectiveness is described by the energy consumption dynamics of the actuator drives and at lowering of energy consumption testifying to the patients physical activity the program motion parameters are corrected. An apparatus for implementing the method for therapeutic exercises comprises a frame in the form of two parallel guides with movable cross bars.
