PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving cover member mounted on a discharge position deflecting mechanism arranged movably in obliquely vertical directions while confronting a jumping rotor, so that it can space and arrange the jumping rotor and the inner face of a moving cover member and can arrange the jumping rotor and can arrange the lower portion of the moving cover member at a position close to the upper portion of the ridge at one side position, thereby to discharge and guide the mud selectively efficiently and reliably onto a ridge at one side position or at the other side position.SOLUTION: A release position deflecting mechanism 9 is provided with a moving cover member 12 made movable toward and away from a jumping rotor 8, and the moving cover member is so arranged as can move freely in obliquely vertical directions while confronting the jumping rotor.
