PURPOSE: An automatic binding apparatus of rubber bands is provided to facilitate maintenance and to bind various products to a bundle.CONSTITUTION: An automatic binding apparatus of rubber bands comprises a geared motor(12), a first driving shaft, a first driven shaft(16), a second driven shaft(18), a lever, a third driven shaft(22), a rubber band discharge wheel bar, a tension adjusting device, a lower slide cam, a rack gear, a spur gear, a horizontal bevel gear, upper and lower tong units, a rubber band hanging cam(42), a circular cam, a cutter, and a power cutoff cam(54). The geared motor generates counterclockwise rotation force. The first driving shaft receives driving force generating in the geared motor through a power transmission device to be rotated toward a counterclockwise. The rubber band discharge wheel bar prevents secession of a rubber band(24a) when the rubber band is supplied, and supplies the rubber band wound on a bobbin(24) to a rubber band binding unit. The tension adjusting device supplies the rubber band wound on the bobbin to the rubber band discharge wheel bar in a state where the rubber band maintains a constant tension by receiving through a guide member.
