PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substantially tamper-resistant connection device that eliminates an accident of erroneously removing a connected medical device, and an assembly method.SOLUTION: A connection device includes: a first connection member 21 for being connected to a first medical device by the rotation operation in a first direction and a body 60. Furthermore, the first connection member and the body are directly or indirectly connected to each other via at least one designated breakable holding member 41.
