PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a naturally-occurring physical property stabilizer capable of stabilizing the physical properties of an aqueous cosmetic composition with time without changing the feeling of use. The above problems can be solved by a physical property stabilizer for aqueous cosmetics containing β-1,3-1,6-glucan as an active ingredient. Preferably, 0.1 to 1% by mass of the physical property stabilizer is contained as β-1,3-1,6-glucan in the aqueous cosmetic composition.
