A thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising 100 mass parts of a hydrogenated block copolymer (a), 3-50 mass parts of a polypropylene resin (b), 5-100 mass parts of a polyphenylene ether resin (c), and 50-200 mass parts of a non-aromatic softening agent (d), wherein the hydrogenated block copolymer (a) is obtained by hydrogenating a block copolymer containing at least one polymer block (A) in which the main constituent is a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon compound monomer unit, and at least one polymer block (B) in which the main constituent is a conjugated diene compound monomer unit, and wherein the weight average molecular mass of the hydrogenated block copolymer (a) is 100,000-350,000.
