PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetation determination program which suppresses an influence of the time of the year when an image was captured.SOLUTION: A vegetation determination program controls a computer to execute processing of: for each of a plurality of divisions which are acquired by dividing respective two images of a predetermined area captured in different periods, determining types of plants captured in the division on the basis of feature quantity of the image of the division when plant types cannot be determined for the division included in the first image and plant types are determined for the division included in the second image, on the basis of plant information indicating feature quantity of an image of each plant captured in each time of the year, estimating feature quantity representing a state of the plant, that is indicated by a determination result for the division of the second image, in the time of the year when the first image was captured when there is a similarity between the estimated feature quantity and the feature quantity of the corresponding division in the first image, determining that vegetation at the corresponding point has not changed between periods when the respective images were captured and when there is no similarity, determining that the vegetation at the corresponding point has changed between periods when the respective images were captured.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】画像の撮影時期の影響を抑制した植生判定プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】所定の地域を異なる時期に撮影して得られた二枚の画像のそれぞれを区分して得られる各区画について、当該区画の画像の特徴量に基づいて、当該区画に撮影された植物の種類を判別し、第1画像に含まれる区画について植物の種類を判別できず、第2画像に含まれる区画について植物の種類を判別できた場合に、各植物を撮影した画像の特徴量を時期ごとに示す植物情報に基づいて、第2画像の区画の判別結果で示される植物が、第1画像の撮影時期において呈する状態を示す特徴量を推定し、推定された特徴量と、第1画像の対応する区画の特徴量とに類似性がある場合に、対応する地点の植生は、二枚の画像の撮影時期の間に変化していないと判断し、類似性がない場合に、対応する地点の植生は、二枚の画像の撮影時期の間に変化したと判断する処理をコンピュータに実行させる。【選択図】 図3
