PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing gel-like food holding hydrogen gas bubbles of a visible size.SOLUTION: An outer wall 2 of a bubble supplying member 1 has a taper shape tapering upward. Furthermore, a top surface of the bubble supplying member consists of a perforated plate 4 having a number of fine continuous holes. A closed space 5 into which hydrogen gas is fed is formed below the perforated plate 4. In addition, an inner wall of a container 10 has a taper shape tapering upward.
