To provide scissoring forceps that can easily perform opening/closing operation of blades.SOLUTION: Scissoring forceps 1 include: a hollow cylindrical member 2 with a pair of jaws 11a, 11b； a shaft member 13 inserted in a through-hole 12 provided in the jaws 11a, 11b； a scissoring part 16 including an upper blade 5a and a lower blade 5b, provided with a circular arc part 14b of the lower blade 5b having a curvature larger than a circular arc part 14a of the upper blade 5a, and pivoted to a shaft member 13 in linear parts 15a, 15b； a rod member 3 with a tip end connected to the upper blade 5a and the lower blade 5b； and an insulating member 6 for covering the surface of a hollow cylindrical member 2.
