The gel container (5) comprises a first opening (7) at a distal end, and a second opening (8) at a proximal end, the first opening diameter (dc 1 ) corresponding to a catheter diameter (dc), and the second opening diameter (dc 2 ) being larger than the catheter diameter (dc).
