The outer surface of the distal end includes a cauterizing portion that allows release of ablation energy towards tissue. The device includes an insulated portion that attaches the distal end to the elongate body. The insulated portion limits energy transfer between the distal end and the elongate body. The port is adjacent to the ablation part.
