The present invention relates to an LED lighting device of a spreader for a thoracic surgery, which comprises: a spreader which includes a clamp installed at an intercostal area in the chest of a patient, and a regulating handle regulating the clamp in order to be widened or narrowed in the horizontal direction of the intercostal area； a lighting body which includes a body installed on the bottom surface of the clamp, and a first light emitting member mounted inside the body in order to emit a light source to the inside of the intercostal area widened by the clamp； and a fixing member which is placed on the top surface of the body in order to install the lighting body on the bottom surface of the clamp. Therefore, the LED lighting device of a spreader for a thoracic surgery: is able to be easily attached or detached to or from a spreader； is able to accurately radiate light compared to when radiating light from the outside, since light is radiated to the inside of a widened intercostal area in a state of not interrupting a surgery； is able to make up for a weak point where a shade is generated by the head or the back of the hand of a patient who undergoes the surgery when radiating light from the outside； and is able to radiate light to a desired area by regulating an angle through a mounted ball hinge capable of turning.환자의 흉부 늑간에 설치되는 클램프와, 상기 클램프가 늑간의 좌우방향으로 벌어지거나 오므라들도록 조절하는 조절핸들로 이루어진 스프레더； 상기 클램프의 저면으로 설치되는 바디와, 상기 바디 내부에 장착설치되어 상기 클램프에 의해 벌어지는 흉간 내부로 광원이 발산되게 하는 제1발광부재로 되는 조명체； 및 상기 바디의 상면에는 상기 조명체가 상기 클램프의 저면으로 설치되게 하는 고정부재가 더 구비되어 이루어진 흉부수술용 스프레더에서 LED 조명장치의 탈부착이 용이하고 수술진행 시 수술에 방해 되지 않은 상태에서 벌어진 흉간 내부로 빛을 조사하므로, 외부에서 빛을 조사 할 때보다 정확히 조사할 수 있으며, 외부에서 조사할 때 수술자의 머리, 손등에 의해서 그늘이 생기는 점을 보완 할 수 있고, 유동 가능한 볼 힌지를 장착하여 각도 조절이 가능하여 원하는 곳에 빛을 조사할 수 있다.
