A sterilization apparatus for sterilizing a liquid is provided. The sterilization apparatus includes a first sterilization light source, a first container and a sterilization container. The first sterilization light source includes a carrier, a plurality of light-emitting diode (LED) packages and a plurality of collimators, wherein the LED packages are disposed on and electrically connected to the carrier, and each of the collimators is disposed on one of the LED packages correspondingly. The first container is suitable for accommodating the first sterilization light source and defines a first light-mixing space. The sterilization container includes an accommodating space for accommodating the liquid to be sterilized.
