PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor bath method, vapor bath facilities, and a vapor bath device that enable a vapor bath using a sugarcane juice exact to be performed stably for a long time without staining a surrounding area.SOLUTION: A vapor bath process according to the present invention includes: a purification step S1 in which impurities are separated and removed, in a non-heating treatment, from a sugarcane juice extract 7 to obtain a purified juice extract 16 with an impurity content D of 5-30 wt%； a juice extract heating step S2 in which the purified juice extract 16 is heated； and a vapor spray step S3 in which a juice extract vapor 19 subsequently generated is sprayed. A vapor bath house 2 includes the same purified juice extract 16, a vapor generator 40 that generates the juice extract vapor 19 by heating the purified juice extract 16, and a vapor bath room 33 that is to be filled with the juice extract vapor 19 to expose a user 41 to the juice extract vapor 19.
