A method for the identification of urge incontinence based on bioelectrical impedance. The method comprises: calculating an electrical impedance signal of the bladder by using a bioelectrical impedance measuring apparatus (S1), performing analog-to-digital conversion (S2) and digital filtering on the electrical impedance signal to obtain an electrical impedance digital signal, and then, sending the electrical impedance digital signal to a host computer (S3) the host computer performing down-sampling processing on the electrical impedance digital signal by using a time interval prolonging method to obtain data values of a plurality of sampling points (S4), fitting an electrical impedance amplitude curve, and extracting a characteristic parameter of the electrical impedance amplitude curve (S5) and if the host computer determines that the characteristic parameter of the electrical impedance amplitude curve matches a reference model, the host computer determining that the patient has the symptom of urge incontinence, and sending an alarm signal (S6). The method for the identification of urge incontinence based on bioelectrical impedance provided by the present invention achieves the noninvasive monitoring of urge incontinence by establishing a reference model for the identification of urge incontinence, and has the advantages of being noninvasive, woundless, convenient in measuring, and low in costs.La présente invention concerne un procédé didentification dune incontinence durgence sur la base dune impédance bioélectrique.
