PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine registration device with which a registered medicine can be easily and efficiently cancelled and to provide a program.SOLUTION: The medicine registration device includes: registration means which registers medicines to be used, in a memory unit； display control means which performs list display of each of the medicines registered by the registration means on a display unit； and reception means which receives a cancellation operation for cancelling the registration of a designated medicine among the medicines registered by the registration means. The registration means cancels the registration of the medicine designated by the cancellation operation from the memory unit.
