PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging aid and a radiation imaging method for preventing a marker from being missed and reliably arranging the marker between a subject and a radiation detector with a predetermined gap, in tomosynthesis imaging.SOLUTION: The imaging aid includes a plurality of markers formed in predetermined positions on its surface, the markers being captured together with the subject and used for aligning a plurality of radiation images. By irradiating the subject positioned on an imaging platform using the imaging aid at different irradiation angles while moving a radiation source in one direction, a plurality of radiation images of different imaging angles are captured in order by tomosynthesis imaging. Image synthesis processing is performed by superimposing the aligned radiation images on the basis of positions of markers captured in the plurality of radiation images to reconfigure radiation tomographic images in a predetermined cross-section of the subject.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】トモシンセシス撮影時に、マーカの付け忘れを防止することができるとともに、被検者と放射線検出器との間に所定の間隔を空けてマーカを配置することができる撮影用補助具および放射線画像撮影方法を提供する。【解決手段】撮影用補助具は、被検者とともに複数枚の放射線画像のそれぞれに撮影され、撮影された複数枚の放射線画像の位置合わせのために用いられる複数個のマーカが表面の所定位置に設けられている。トモシンセシス撮影により、放射線源を一方向に移動しながら、撮影用補助具を用いて撮影台に位置決めされた被検者に異なる照射角度で放射線を照射することによって、撮影角度の異なる複数枚の放射線画像を順次撮影し、複数枚の放射線画像のそれぞれに撮影されたマーカの位置に基づいて、複数枚の放射線画像を位置合わせして重ね合わせる画像合成処理を行い、被験者の所定断面における放射線断層画像を再構成する。【選択図】図1
