A process of making milkshake with a blend of seagrapes (Caulerpa sp.) extracts comprising the following steps: blending pre-cleaned seagrapes (Caulerpa sp.) extracts in a mechanical blender； adding crushed ice into said mechanical blender with a blend of said seagrapes； adding condensed milk and ice cream into the said blender； blending said milkshake mixture for 2 minutes； and transferring said mixture to a clean packaging bottles.
