PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for assisting an easy and accurate adhesion of an adhesive patch with a release film to an affected part of a patients body by releasing the release film on a surface thereof.SOLUTION: A pair of half-folded holding parts are provided, each of the holding parts having a short side corresponding to a short side of a rectangular adhesive patch, and a long-side center part of a rectangular film having a long side twice or more larger in length of a long side of the adhesive patch is provided with a narrow belt-like adhesive layer with a surface thereof covered with a release film, the adhesive layer being outwardly folded at one side line of the belt-like adhesive layer. The holding parts are attached to an outside of a separation line of a three-parts-divided release film of the adhesive patch by removing the release film, and an ointment exposed by removing a center release film is applied to an affected part of a patients body. A holding film of one of the half-folded holding parts opposite to the affected part is folded on the other side and applied to the affected part, while the other holding film is outwardly released at a low speed in parallel with a surface of the affected part, thereby applying the ointment to the affected part by removing from the release film.
