The device (100) comprises a processor (102) configured to detect a daily routine of the user of the device, a detector (104) configured to monitor one or more physiological characteristics of the user, and a user interface (106) configured to indicate day-based information about the one or more monitored physiological characteristics of the user. A start time point for the day-based information is determined based on the detected daily routine of the user.
