The present invention relates to an electrocardiogram electrode connector for connecting a pad electrode formed on a disposable electrocardiogram pad where each of measurement electrodes attached to the chest of a patient for electrocardiogram measurement is arranged in position, and a cable electrode connected to an electrocardiogram. More specifically, the electrocardiogram electrode connector includes a first terminal connection part into which the pad electrode is inserted to be supported, and electrically connected to the pad electrode； and a second terminal connection part which is electrically connected to the first terminal connection part to allow the cable electrode to be inserted and supported, and is electrically connected to the cable electrode.
