This invention relates to a Ganoderma Lucidum tea and its related manufacturing process, comprising 15-20 weight portions of mushroom Ganoderma Lucidum and Chinese medicines extract, 1-3 weight portions of tea leaf, 15-35 weight portions of milk. Compared with the Ganoderma Lucidum tea made by existing technology, the Ganoderma Lucidum of this invention gives comparatively less bitter taste and improves nutritional content as it contains rich plant polysaccharides which are made by adding Eucommia, Rhizome, Codonopsis and Achyranthes Root into this invention.
