The present invention relates to a voice guidance apparatus for the blind. More specifically, the present invention relates to a voice guidance apparatus for a blind person who walks at night, capable of notifying the blind person of an obstacle in voice so that the blind person can safely walk at night by avoiding the obstacle. According to the present invention, the voice guidance apparatus for the blind includes a waist belt, a first ultrasonic wave sensor, a shoulder belt, a second ultrasonic wave sensor, ankle belts, third ultrasonic wave sensors, and a voice guidance unit. The waist belt is put on the waist of the blind person. The first ultrasonic wave sensor is provided in the waist belt to sense a front obstacle located at the height of the waist. The shoulder belt is coupled to the waist belt and wound around both of left and right shoulders of the blind person. The second ultrasonic wave sensor is provided at the shoulder belt to sense a front obstacle located at the height of the shoulder. The ankle belts are coupled to the waist belt and wound around both ankles of the blind person. The third ultrasonic wave sensors are provided at the ankle belts to sense a front obstacle located at the heights of the ankles. The voice guidance unit is provided in the waist belt to receive sensing signals from the first, second, and third ultrasonic wave sensors and to perform voice guidance.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 시각 장애인을 위한 음성안내장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 시각 장애인이 야간 보행시 장애물을 피해 안전하게 보행할 수 있도록 시각 장애인에게 보행로의 장애물에 대해 음성으로 알려 주는 시각 장애인 야간 보행용 음성안내장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 시각 장애인 야간 보행용 음성안내장치는 시각 장애인의 허리에 채워지는 허리벨트와 상기 허리벨트에 구비되어 허리 높이위치의 전방에 장애물을 감지하는 제1초음파 센서와 상기 허리벨트에 연결되고, 상기 시각 장애인의 좌/우측 양 어깨에 걸리는 어깨 벨트와 상기 어깨 벨트에 구비되어 어깨 높이위치의 전방에 장애물을 감지하는 제2초음파 센서와 상기 허리벨트에 연결되고, 상기 시각 장애인의 양 발목에 채워지는 발목벨트와 상기 발목벨트에 구비되어 발목 높이위치의 전방에 장애물을 감지하는 제3초음파 센서와 상기 허리벨트에 구비되어 상기 제1,2,3초음파 센서에 의해 감지된 감지신호를 수신받아 음성안내를 하는 음성안내수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
