The invention relates to a method for preparing an antibacterial non-woven fabric. Firstly, a first excipient, a nanosilver porous composite material and a first polysaccharide are mixed, heated and stirred until the first polysaccharide is completely dissolved, to form a substrate. Secondly, the substrate is pressed and coated on a fibrous non-woven fabric by means of a filter screen as well as filtered out the moisture therein to eventually form a dry antibacterial non-woven with a certain thickness. Accordingly, it can achieve the purposes of anti-infection, accelerating a wound healing and reducing the opportunity of wound infectionand the number of dressing changes for patients. Additionally, the texture structure and the pores of non-woven fabric are finer, thus the non-woven fabric can be separated from the wound by adding few water.
