The links a, c are formed with a hook b, e at both ends. and some of them may be bent into ring- like form and sprung or slipped over the vertical stakes d. The ring may be inside or outside of the angle made by the two ends of these links c, and the ends may be twisted together. Metal uprights may be provided with loops for the links to hook into.
