The invention relates to a urethral support implant for the treatment of male urinary incontinence, in the form of a tape made from a biocompatible material and including a central portion (10a) forming the area that supports the urethra and comprising a lower base (10a1) that extends into two opposing transobturator arms (10b) disposed in the same plane. The lower base extends upwards into an overlapping section (10a2) that extends into two prepubic arms (10c).
