A system for delivering electrical stimulation includes a control system and a stimulation stack. A method for delivering electrical stimulation includes receiving an input and delivering electrical stimulation based on an electrical stimulation plan. Additionally or alternatively, the method can include any or all of: determining an electrical stimulation plan based on the input； requesting a suspension of the electrical stimulation plan, requesting an adjustment to the electrical stimulation plan； requesting sham stimulation in the electrical stimulation plan； requesting monitoring of the electrical stimulation plan； requesting a trim adjustment to the electrical stimulation plan； checking the electrical stimulation plan； providing an output to the user； repeating any or all of the above processes； and/or any other suitable processes.
