A bone implant drill is presented to reduce the high temperature caused by prior bone implant drill while using. This bone implant drill comprises a sleeve, a bearing, a driving rod, a drilling rod and an elastic member. The driving rod has a rod member and a driving member, with the rod penetrates through the bearing, with the driving member set at one end of the rod member and in the sleeve, with another end of the rod member protrudes the sleeve. The drilling rod has a position member and an engaging member inside the sleeve. The elastic member set in the sleeve, with one end of the elastic member encases the engaging member and abuts against the position member, with another end of the elastic member encases the driving member and abuts against the bearing.
