To provide a radiotherapy system and a verification method of therapeutic planning data, each of which enables data transfer completeness of therapeutic planning data to be verified while a patient is present in a treatment room.SOLUTION: The radiotherapy system irradiating an affected part of a patient 5 with particle ray is provided, comprising: an accelerator 20 generating and accelerating charged particles； a beam block device 46 blocking the particle ray between the accelerator 20 and the patient 5； and a monitor signal simulation device 47 simulating a signal of the particle ray monitor when the particle ray is blocked by the beam block device 46.
