PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral formulation which contains an intestinal absorption bioactive component and which is a tablet excellent in acid- resistance.SOLUTION: The invention provides an acid-resistance tablet containing a bioactive component, wherein the surface of the tablet is coated with a double coating layer: a first coating layer consisting of shellac and a second coating layer with which the first coating layer is further coated and which consists of either one or more materials selected from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), hydroxypropylcellulose (HPC), and erythritol. The acid resistance tablet contains vitamin D as a bioactive component, being encapsulated.
