PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfume composition which contains no ethyl alcohol substantially.SOLUTION: The perfume composition is formed of: 5-30 mass% of a flavoring for perfume； 40-95 mass% of a volatile solvent formed of volatile isoparaffin and/or volatile silicone； and 0-30 mass% of a mutual solubility improver formed of an ester oil. Preferably, as the flavoring for perfume, 0.5-5 mass% of P-menthane-3,8-diol and one or more kinds of synthetic perfumes selected from benzyl acetate, linalyl acetate and citronellol, are included. In other embodiments, as the raw material for perfume, 0.5-5 mass% of P-menthane-3,8-diol and one or more kinds of essential oils selected from anise, rosemary, and coriander are included.
