The present invention relates to a secondary grip unit for a syringe with pressing force measurement capabilities. The secondary grip unit is mounted on the syringe which includes a barrel forming a flange and a piston rod coupled to the barrel. The secondary grip unit includes: a body which has wings arranged on both sides to protrude therefrom, has inlets and outlets arranged on the center of a side to enable entrance and exit with respect to the inside and connect a connection flange of the barrel in a detachable manner, and has through-holes arranged on the center of the upper part to be connected to the inlets and outlets to be coupled to the inside of the barrel while passing through the piston rod； and a pressing force measurement means which is arranged on each of the wings arranged on both sides of the body and measures the pressing force applied to the piston rod while a user grips the secondary grip unit to use the syringe. According to the present invention, the pressing force measurement means can be used to check the pressing force being applied to the syringe numerically in the process of using the syringe, thereby easily adjusting the pressing force being applied to the piston rod.본 발명은 가압력 측정이 가능한 주사기용 보조그립에 관한 것으로, 플랜지를 형성하는 배럴과 상기 배럴에 결합되는 피스톤로드로 이루어지는 주사기에 장착되는 보조그립에 있어서, 양측으로 돌출되는 윙이 마련되고, 일측 중앙에 상기 배럴의 연결플랜지가 착탈가능하게 연결되도록 내부로 출입가능한 출입구가 마련되며, 상측 중앙에 상기 피스톤로드가 관통되는 상태로 상기 배럴의 내부에 결합되도록 상기 출입구와 연통되는 구멍형태의 관통홀이 마련된 바디； 및 상기 바디의 양측에 마련된 윙에 제각기 마련되어 사용자가 상기 주사기의 사용을 위한 그립상태로 상기 피스톤로드를 가압하는 가압력을 측정하는 가압력측정수단；을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 가압력측정수단을 통해 주사기의 사용과정에서 주사기에 가해지는 가압력을 수치상으로 확인할 수 있기 때문에 피스톤로드에 가해지는 가압력을 용이하게 조절할 수 있다.
