To provide a hot air/hot water boiler including a carbon heater which is beneficial to producers that reduces installation costs and running costs.SOLUTION: A carbon heater 11 comprises: a quartz glass tube 21 with one end side blocked; a heat generator 25 in which a plurality of separately arranged composite carbons 22 are successively wound with kanthal wire 23 so as to be electrically connected in series and arranged in the quartz glass tube; a terminal board 26 provided with a pair of vacuum terminal components 27 functioning as a + input terminal 27a and a - input terminal 27b arranged so as to block the open end side of the quartz glass tube; a temperature stop unit 30 that uses a quartz tube 28 positioned between an end of the heat generator and the terminal board so as to be closely fitted to the inner wall of the quartz glass tube, and uses quartz wool 29; a pair of kanthal wires wound around a pair of composite carbons at the end part of the heat generator; and a pair of connecting kanthal wires 31 that connect the pair of vacuum terminal components through the temperature stop unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】設備費用の低減、ランニングコストの削減を実現し、生産者にとって有益なカーボンヒーターを含む温風・温水ボイラーを提供する。【解決手段】一端側を閉塞した石英ガラス管21と、複数の分離配置のコンポジットカーボン22にカンタル線23を連続的に巻き付け電気的に直列接続構造とされるとともに石英ガラス管内に配置した発熱体25と、石英ガラス管の開口端側を閉塞する状態に配置した+入力端子27a、-入力端子27bとして機能させる一対の真空端子部品27を備える端子板26と、石英ガラス管の内壁に対して、発熱体の端部と端子板との間の位置で密着嵌装した石英管28、石英棉29を用いた温度止めユニット30と、発熱体の端部の一対のコンポジットカーボンに巻き付けた一対のカンタル線と、一対の真空端子部品とを温度止めユニットを貫通する状態で接続する一対の接続用カンタル線31と、によりカーボンヒーター11を構成する。【選択図】図2
