The present invention provides a method for preparing water-soluble super paramagnetic iron oxide nanoclusters, the steps comprising: (a) dissolving super paramagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles and biocompatible polymer in an organic solvent to form an organic phase solution (b) adding the organic phase solution to the aqueous phase solution and using ultrasound dispersion to carry out emulsification and (c) removing the organic solvent. By using ultrasound emulsification and organic solvent evaporation to prepare water-soluble super paramagnetic iron oxide nanoclusters, the preparation time can be effectively reduced and the preparation procedures simplified, and monodispersity and stability in aqueous solution are increased.本發明係提供一種製備水溶性超順磁氧化鐵奈米團簇之方法,其步驟包含:a)將超順磁氧化鐵奈米粒子及生物相容性高分子溶於有機溶劑中形成有機相溶液;b)將該有機相溶液加入水相溶液中,並使用超音波分散進行乳化;以及c)去除該有機溶劑。藉著超音波乳化法及有機溶劑揮發法,以製備水溶性超順磁氧化鐵奈米團簇,可有效降低製備時間並簡化製備程序,且增加於水溶液中之單分散性及穩定性的功效。
