PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening device which is reduced in weight while maintaining growth environment sufficient to plants.SOLUTION: A greening device 10 grows plants P while being attached to a garage, and includes: three molded culture media 14 in which the plants P are planted a tubular container 11 which is attached to be located along the support S of the garage in a horizontal direction, has a support part 12 supporting the three molded culture media 14 set out at prescribed intervals from beneath, a lid part 16 covering gaps G each between the molded culture media 14 adjacent to each other from above to make shade on the gaps G, and a side part 15 covering the gaps G each between a plurality of the molded culture media 14 adjacent to each other from the side to make shade on the gaps G, and blocks light from outside of the tubular container and a belt-like member 18 which is housed in the tubular container 11, contacts with a plurality of the molded culture media 14 adjacent to each other and retains water while allowing the water to be sent/received with a plurality of the molded culture media 14 contacted.
