PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead device, a harness, a power supply system, and a power supply method capable of reducing a burden of charging work for an electronic device on an owner.SOLUTION: A lead device 10 includes a lead part 11 having a lead, and a lead connection part 13 provided to the lead part 11 which has a mechanism connectable to a collar 20, which is a harness, and connects the lead part 11 to the harness 20 electrically through a harness connection part 22 of the harness 20.
