The present invention relates to a vibration device for treating the upper respiratory tract, comprising a housing (16), a vibration generator (11) configured in the housing, an energy supply unit (17) in communication with the vibration generator (11), a vibration transmitter (19) partly configured in the housing, in mechanical/physical contact with the vibration generator (11). The proposed device is characterised in that the vibration transmitter (19) is designed as a unit that prevents the transmission of vibrations below the threshold value of 50 Hz to the human body, wherein the treatment part of the vibration transmitter (19) which gets in contact with the human body is designed as treatment component vibrating with maximum 1500 Hz frequency, wherein the vibration generator (11) produces at least 10 vibration periods that increase from the bottom threshold in 50 Hz value to the ceiling threshold in 1500 Hz value and decrease from the ceiling value to the bottom value, wherein the time for all the periods is 30 seconds, wherein the vibration device is designed as a unit of 50-100 mm length and 15-35 mm width, wherein the vibration device comprises a spatial position switch (20) which guarantees the operation of the device exclusively if held in the right position, and also comprises a sound emitter (21) indicating the right position of the device operation.
